Riverview PTSA Council invites the community to join us at the School Board Candidate Forum.

  • Wednesday, October 18th, 6-7pm

  • Riverview Education Center

A virtual option is available, the Zoom link will be available prior to event for those who want to attend virtually. The link will be posted in the event invite.

A: Carol Van Noy and Genessa Rose
Q: Will attendees be able to ask the candidates questions live?
A: No. Questions have been gathered from community members prior to the forum.
Q: Will the forum be recorded?
A: Yes, the Zoom session will be recorded. The Zoom link will be posted to the event invite prior to the forum.

A: Local voters pamphlet mailed on Oct 17th, General Election ballots mailed on Oct 18th.

Awards!

At the WSPTA Convention in May, Riverview PTSA Council was awarded with the Silver Advocacy Award of Excellence!

 

2020 community service award

At the June 23, 2020 Riverview School Board Meeting, Council was presented with the 2020 Community Service Award. This award recognizes partner groups who make a significant difference for students, and we are proud to support our Riverview students, staff and families, with a special focus on community mental health in the 2019-2020 year.

WASA Award

On May 17, 2019, Riverview Superintendent Dr. Anthony Smith and the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA Metro Region 110) honored Riverview PTSA Council with a Community Leadership Award. We are proud to partner with Riverview School District in our goal of the betterment of families for the benefit of children.
